Every bottle here begins its life as a single plant: the Blue Weber Agave, grown for years under the sun in the rich, volcanic soils of Jalisco. We seek out producers who honor this sacred plant, slow-roasting the agave hearts (piñas) in traditional brick ovens (hornos) until they are soft and caramelized. They use time-honored methods to ferment and distill the spirit, and most importantly, they are committed to creating tequila that is completely free of additives.

What you taste is the pure, unadulterated soul of the agave. From the bright, peppery, citrus-forward notes of a vibrant Blanco, to the soft vanilla and caramel complexity of a well-aged Añejo, the character comes from the earth, the oven, and the barrel. Nothing else.
