Born from a closely guarded family recipe in the rugged highlands of Abruzzo, where the Apennines are at their most untamed, Amaro Marasso is a journey into the heart of Italy. It is crafted from a secret blend of over twenty foraged mountain herbs, roots, and botanicals, including bitter gentian, wild mint, saffron, and sun-dried orange peel.

The result is a beautiful tug-of-war between deep, root-driven bitterness and a warming, complex sweetness. On the palate, you will find notes of burnt caramel, rhubarb, and mountain thyme, with an undercurrent of star anise and spice. The finish is long and incredibly complex, leaving a clean, herbal memory that invites another sip.
