The soul of tequila, untouched and unapologetically pure. This is not just a benchmark; it's the blueprint.
The Story of Land, Labor, and Legacy
Siete Leguas Blanco is a spirit of first principles. Crafted in the highlands of Jalisco at the revered El Centenario distillery, this bottle captures agave at its most honest. The nose is bright and electric: fresh cooked agave rises first, backed by citrus zest and a signature flash of cracked black pepper. The palate is rich and viscous—a hallmark of the tahona-crushed agave—with flavors of earthy agave and green herbs.
The magic comes from the two-ton volcanic tahona wheel, still mule-drawn and revered, which crushes a portion of the agave. This traditional process, combined with open-air fermentation, results in a tequila with unmatched texture and depth. No additives, no gimmicks. Just the truest form of agave.
How to Enjoy
A phenomenal sipping blanco for purists. Also creates a complex and deeply flavorful Margarita or Paloma.
