The Main Event: Frankie's Espresso Martini
This is the classic, executed with precision. The recipe is law. The technique is everything.

The Build:

1 oz Frankie's Espresso Martini Syrup

1 oz Chilled, Freshly Brewed Espresso
The Execution:

Glass: First, fill your coupe with ice. A warm glass is a cardinal sin. Let it chill while you work.

Combine: Fill a shaker tin with plenty of good, hard ice. Add the vodka, Frankie's syrup, and your chilled espresso.

The Shake: This is where you earn the drink. Seal the tins and shake with passion and intent for 15 seconds. The shaker should be almost too cold to hold. This is what builds that signature, velvety crema.

The Pour: Dump the ice from your now frosty glass. Double-strain the cocktail through a Hawthorne and a fine mesh sieve. The pour should be smooth and rich.
