Shipping Policy — Frankie’s Provisions & Bottle Shop
At Frankie’s, we want your experience to feel as smooth and special as the goods we send your way. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we, in conjunction with our partners, handle shipping.
Order Fulfillment & Delivery Estimates
- Fulfillment Partner: For orders shipped within the continental USA, your products are fulfilled and shipped by licensed, third-party retailers in the AccelPay network.
- Fulfillment Time: These retailers typically fulfill orders within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods (like product launches or holidays), fulfillment may take slightly longer, but every effort will be made to ensure timeliness.
- Shipping Times: Once fulfilled and shipped, standard delivery generally takes an additional 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery: Your product will be delivered straight to your door.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to addresses within the continental U.S.
- Please note, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Alcohol
- Third-Party Fulfillment: Orders containing alcohol are fulfilled and shipped by licensed third-party retailers in the AccelPay network, in accordance with all local and federal laws.
- Adult Signature Required: An adult 21 years of age or older, with valid identification, must be present to sign for and receive any order that includes alcohol.
- Age Verification: If a carrier is unable to deliver due to age verification failure, a re-shipping fee may apply (see also "Delivery Standards" below).
- Separate Shipments: If your order contains both alcohol and non-alcoholic merchandise, these items will be sent in separate shipments.
Shipping Carriers
- Our third-party retail partners in the AccelPay network use a variety of fulfillment carriers, including but not limited to GLS and UPS, to deliver your order.
Delivery Standards
- Delivery Attempts: Our delivery service, through its carriers, will make up to three attempts to deliver the package to the intended recipient at the provided address.
- Undeliverable Package: If the package remains undeliverable after three delivery attempts (for reasons such as inability to obtain an adult signature for alcohol, incorrect address details not rectified, or other recipient-related issues), it will be deemed “undeliverable” and returned to the retailer.

Recipient Responsibility for Undeliverable Packages: The recipient of the undeliverable package will be responsible for paying the following fees, which are levied by the fulfilling retailer:
- If a refund is requested for the undeliverable items (alcohol returns are not permitted as per our Return & Refund Policy, but this may apply to merchandise or if the retailer makes an exception): The recipient would be charged an Undeliverable Package Fee, a flat fee of $25, which will be deducted from their refund.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a Reshipment is requested (and deemed feasible by the retailer): A flat fee of $40 will be charged to cover both the reshipment costs and the undeliverable package fee.
- Other fees may apply due to order contents or specific carrier charges passed on by the retailer.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships (whether alcohol or merchandise), you'll receive an email with tracking information from the respective shipper so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. For orders with multiple shipments (e.g., alcohol and merchandise), you may receive separate tracking numbers.
Issues or Delays
- We and our fulfillment partners are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or your local post office first.

Local Pickup or Delivery (Lubbock Area)
- Live in Lubbock? We may offer local delivery or in-store pickup for select orders. Our team typically processes local pickup orders within 2-4 business days. If this option is available for your order, it will be presented at checkout, and you’ll receive further instructions by email after placing your order.
