The nose is like stepping into an alpine forest after rainfall: cool pine, mint, and juniper. The palate unfolds with rich complexity, starting soft and silky, then rising into a beautifully assertive bitterness with a long, clean, and refreshingly mentholated finish.
What sets Braulio apart is its two-year aging period in large Slavonian oak casks, which gently rounds the edges of the wild botanicals. Crafted since 1875 from a secret recipe, it’s the drink of climbers, dreamers, and post-hike philosophers.
