It opens with fresh, sun-warmed wild strawberries and red cherries, then leans into delicate rose petals and a whisper of mountain herbs. The secret is that this wine is made from juice "bled off" early from Vajra’s red wine tanks (saignée method), giving it a fresh, playful voice. It's bone-dry, clean, and zippy.
