Made entirely from the first pressing of grapes from over 30 top villages, this wine is sleek and crystalline. Electric notes of lemon peel and grapefruit are chased by hints of almond and fresh baguette. The finish is long, mineral, and gloriously dry, with almost no added sugar (dosage).
