The original blanc vermouth, as elegant as a stroll through an alpine meadow in spring.
The Original Blanc
This is where it all began. Crafted in the foothills of the French Alps since 1881, Dolin Blanc is not just a category leader; it is the category, remaining the only vermouth to carry the protected AOC Vermouth de Chambéry designation. It glows a pale, sunlit gold. The nose is delicate and alpine, with notes of lychee and lemon zest. The palate is soft, silky, and just off-dry, sweet enough to charm but never to cloy.
Made from a light Ugni Blanc base and a secret blend of botanicals foraged in the surrounding Savoie region, Dolin Blanc is about finesse, not flash.
How to Enjoy
The bartender’s favorite for a classic White Negroni. It also shines on its own over ice with a twist of grapefruit.
