The alpine original. Crisp, elegant, and the backbone of the perfect Martini.
The Standard-Bearer
This is the dry vermouth. Born in Chambéry in 1821, Dolin Dry is the only remaining producer of the AOC Vermouth de Chambéry, a protected designation tied to its high-altitude alpine terroir. In the glass, it’s pale and crystal-clear. The nose is a breath of mountain air, with notes of alpine herbs, citrus peel, and wet stone. The palate is feather-light, bone-dry, and delicately bitter.
Made with a light Ugni Blanc wine base and a secret recipe of 15 to 20 alpine botanicals, the style is all about precision and restraint. There is no cloying sweetness or aggressive bitterness. Just pure alpine sophistication.
How to Enjoy
This is the original Dry Martini vermouth, period. Its subtle profile doesn’t compete with your gin; it elevates it.
