The alpine original. A soft, fragrant herbal liqueur born from wild mountain meadows.
The Soul of the Alps
This is Génépy, the soul of the French Alps in liquid form. Crafted in Chambéry, this liqueur captures the ephemeral beauty of the Génépy flower, a rare wild plant from the Artemisia family that grows above the treeline. The nose is pure alpine poetry: chamomile, wild sage, and mint. The palate is silky, smooth, and gently sweet, with a clean herbal clarity.
Made using a historic Dolin family recipe, freshly harvested Génépy flowers are macerated to extract their delicate, perfumed essence. Often called the gentler cousin of Chartreuse, it has all the herbal complexity without the intensity.
How to Enjoy
The traditional "après-ski" sipper. Serve chilled and neat as a digestif to capture the tranquility of the mountains.
