A vibrant expression of Irish whiskey heritage, born from barrels, paint spots, and pure tradition.
A Living Story
Green Spot is bottled history with a twinkle in its eye. First crafted over a century ago by Dublin’s Mitchell & Son wine merchants, who marked their aging barrels with spots of paint, this whiskey carries the soul of Ireland. Distilled at Midleton, it's a masterclass in the Single Pot Still style—a uniquely Irish mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple-distilled for a rich, creamy texture.
On the nose, it’s springtime in a glass: fresh green apple and Bartlett pear with honeyed vanilla. The palate is full-bodied, balancing toasted oak, warm clove, and barley sweetness. Aged in a blend of ex-bourbon and sherry casks and non-chill filtered, it’s confident, classic, and quietly iconic.
How to Enjoy
A perfect introduction to the Pot Still style. Enjoy it neat or with a single ice cube to appreciate its creamy texture and bright fruit notes.
