The Grandson's Legacy

LALO Blanco is tequila stripped down to its most honest form: just agave, yeast, and water, perfected by Eduardo “Lalo” González, grandson of the legendary Don Julio. Crafted from 100% fully mature Blue Weber agaves grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, this spirit reflects the terroir’s signature sweetness and floral lift.

The nose is crisp, bursting with cooked agave, Meyer lemon, and a soft touch of cinnamon. The palate is clean and gently viscous, with bright citrus and a flicker of black pepper. Fermented with a Champagne yeast strain and twice distilled in copper pot stills, every choice is intentional, designed to highlight the agave’s true character.

How to Enjoy

Made for sipping neat or on the rocks. It also makes an exceptionally clean and crisp Ranch Water or high-end Margarita.
