Dragon is a field blend from the legendary Cerretta vineyard in Serralunga d’Alba. Here, among the powerful Nebbiolo vines, something different grows: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Nascetta, and a touch of Riesling. They are all planted, picked, and fermented together into one charming white.
The 2023 vintage opens with a joyful rush of white peach, green melon, and alpine herbs. The texture is crisp and clean, with a bright, citrusy finish that demands another pour. The name comes from a local legend of a kind dragon who guarded the vineyards. Made with care by the G.D. Vajra family, Dragon is a little slice of Piedmont magic.
