This bottle represents a declaration of independence and a new standard for Spanish sparkling wine.
A New Path for Spain
The Raventós family has farmed the same Catalan soil since 1497 and even helped create the Cava D.O. In 2012, they walked away to forge their own path defined by terroir and integrity. 'De Nit' is a testament to that vision.
Meaning “of the night,” its soft blush color is like the sky at dusk. It is a dry, elegant, and quietly electric sparkling wine with notes of wild strawberry and pink grapefruit layered over a core of stony, riverbed minerality. The bubbles are fine, and the finish is long and clean.
How to Enjoy
This is the bottle you open with people you truly enjoy. Pair it with tapas, grilled shrimp, or even your fanciest potato chips. It is one of the world’s great sparkling rosés, brilliantly made and wonderfully down-to-earth.
