On the nose, it’s a graceful interplay of sweet cooked agave, bright citrus, and soft vanilla. The palate is signature Siete Leguas: rich, round, and silky. The tahona-crushed agave brings depth, while 8 months of barrel aging adds gentle notes of butterscotch and cinnamon.

The process is as thoughtful as the flavor, with a portion of the agave crushed the ancient way with a mule-drawn volcanic stone wheel. This Reposado represents the perfect balance between agave purity and oak complexity.
