The gin that changed everything. The modern classic that brought gin home.
The Craft Gin Revival
In 2009, two friends decided London needed its gin back. They challenged a dusty, 200-year-old law and opened Sipsmith, the first copper pot distillery in London proper since 1820, sparking a global craft gin revival. This is the gold standard for London Dry. The nose opens with bold, piney juniper and bright lemon zest. The palate is classic but elevated: crisp juniper leads, wrapped in citrus and warm spice, with a rich, creamy mouthfeel.
Made the traditional way in small copper stills like “Prudence,” Sipsmith uses the revered "one-shot" method, where botanicals are distilled once and never blended with neutral spirit. Just pure gin, the way it used to be.
How to Enjoy
This bottle is legacy, rebellion, and craftsmanship, all distilled. The essential building block for a perfect Gin & Tonic or a classic dry Martini.
