Sipsmith’s Sloe Gin begins with their award-winning London Dry and infuses it with handpicked wild sloe berries, harvested after the first frost. For three to four months, the berries steep slowly, extracting all their deep, ruby color and rich, red-fruit intensity. A whisper of sugar is added at the end, just enough to balance, never to cloy.
The result is a liqueur of real character: tart cherry, ripe plum, and a hint of marzipan, all underpinned by warm gin spice. The texture is silky and luxurious, made for fireside moments and holiday cocktails.
