If the classic J.M Blanc is a portrait of the estate, Terroir Volcanique is a close-up of the mountain itself. Grown in the steepest, most extreme parcel at the foot of Martinique’s active Mount Pelée, this rum is a love letter to volcanic terroir. The nose bursts with ripe tropical fruit like passionfruit and caramelized pineapple, wrapped in grassy freshness and a smoky, flinty minerality.
The palate is broad and bold, with black pepper, roasted plantain, and a deep earthy funk. Bottled at a higher 50.5% ABV, it carries all that richness with clarity and power. Made from 100% fresh sugarcane juice, this is as pure and expressive as rum gets.

This is a geographic experience. Its complexity begs to be sipped neat to be fully appreciated and considered.
