This November, Frankie's Supper Club is coming home.

On Saturday, November 8th, we invite you to a table set with the stories and soul of the Lone Star State. Join us for Texas Origins, an intimate, multi-course dinner that takes a journey into the heart of our state's rich culinary heritage, reimagined for the modern table.

This is more than a meal; it's a one-night-only celebration of our home, hosted at the iconic McPherson Cellars and brought to life by the brilliant Chef Bobby Bridges.

Your All-Inclusive Ticket Includes:

• A multi-course dining experience from guest Chef Bobby Bridges, celebrating the heritage flavors of Texas.
• A full flight of curated wine pairings, personally selected and presented by Frankie's co-founder and Sommelier, Matt.
• A signature welcome cocktail to begin the evening.

The Experience: A Celebration of Texas Craft

This special dinner is a collaboration of incredible local talent, designed to showcase the best of our region.

• The Chef: We are honored to partner with Chef Bobby Bridges, a master of Texas cuisine. For this menu, he will dig deep into heritage ingredients and classic techniques, elevating familiar flavors with modern elegance and a touch of smoke and soul.
• The Wine: A menu this bold requires wines that can stand up to it. Sommelier Matt Bostick will be pouring a flight of exceptional wines, telling the story of each bottle and explaining why it's the perfect match for the rich, complex flavors of Texas cuisine.
• The Venue: Our stage for the evening is the beautiful McPherson Cellars. As a cornerstone of the Lubbock wine scene, its rustic-yet-elegant atmosphere is the perfect backdrop for a dinner that celebrates our local roots.

• Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of this pop-up dinner, we have a 10-day cancellation policy. Tickets are non-refundable within 10 days of the event.
