Join us for New California, an intimate, multi-course dinner that pays homage to the rustic elegance and ingredient-worship of the Golden State. This is our tribute to the culinary legends like Nancy Silverton and Jonathan Waxman who defined a movement—a style of cooking that is effortlessly cool, deeply connected to the seasons, and always, always delicious.

For one night only, we're bringing the sun-drenched, fire-kissed spirit of California to our table.

• The Chef: We are thrilled to welcome back the brilliant Chef James Smith. Known for his innovative approach, Chef Smith will craft a menu that channels the spirit of California cooking—focusing on market-fresh ingredients, the magic of an open flame, and the beauty of simple perfection.
• The Wine: A menu this vibrant requires wines that sing with bright acidity and rustic charm. Sommelier Matt Bostick will be pouring a flight of exceptional wines—think elegant Chardonnays and expressive Pinot Noirs—that reflect the effortless sophistication of the New California style.
• The Vibe: The evening will feel like a chic dinner party in the Hollywood Hills. The room will be warm and candlelit, the playlist will be perfect, and the conversation will flow as freely as the wine.

Your seat at our table supports our core mission of aiding local animal welfare organizations, a cause inspired by our rescue pup, Frankie. A portion of every ticket sold goes directly to making a difference in the lives of animals in need.

• Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of this pop-up dinner, we have a 10-day cancellation policy in place. Tickets are non-refundable within 10 days of the event.
• Dietary Restrictions: We can accommodate most dietary restrictions with 7 days' advance notice. Please specify any allergies or restrictions in the notes section at checkout.
• Age: This is a 21+ event. All guests must have valid ID.
