On Saturday, September 12th, Frankie’s Supper Club invites you to grab a booth for an evening where retro nostalgia meets bold, modern flavor. For this special journey, we are partnering with the creative powerhouse Chef Simone of Taste Buds, celebrated for her vibrant, flavor-forward approach and her ability to turn comfort food into a culinary art form.
Our September dinner is a love letter to the "Asian American Diner," a playful, elevated reimagining of the classic roadside eatery. From the comforting soul of mid-century Americana to the punchy, aromatic spices of the East, this menu explores the "Third Culture" kitchen where miso meets milkshakes and gochujang meets the griddle. Chef Simone will bring her signature high-energy, from-scratch approach to a refined multi-course menu that is as whimsical as it is delicious.
