Our October dinner is a love letter to Latin barbecue, a rich tradition built on slow smoke, vibrant marinades, and the kind of char that only comes from live fire. From achiote-rubbed meats to bright, punchy salsas and sides that hold their own against the heat, this menu explores the heart of Latin American grilling culture. Chef Pina will bring his signature from-scratch approach to a multi-course, family-style feast that's as bold as it is comforting.
