For this special journey, we are partnering with the talented Chef Pooja of Saffron & Spice, known for her bold, innovative approach to blending the deep heritage of Indian spices with the rustic elegance of Italian tradition.

From the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany to the bustling spice markets of Mumbai, our August dinner explores the unexpected harmony between these two peninsulas. This "Indian-Italian Fusion" menu celebrates the historical connections of the Silk Road, reimagining comfort food through a global lens. Chef Pooja will bring her signature "Indian Fusion Flair" to a curated 5-course feast where hand-rolled pastas meet aromatic masalas and classic Italian textures are emboldened by the soul of the subcontinent.
